Hi, I’m Emma. I’m the designer, patternmaker, cutter, machinist and general everything-person behind ArchieBee.
I started ArchieBee in 2010, after years working in bridal couture and wanting to make something a little closer to home.
Every ArchieBee collection starts here in my Blue Mountains studio. I design the patterns, choose the fabrics, cut the pieces and sew the clothes, using beautiful natural fibres and construction made to withstand actual childhood.
I’m not interested in making more clothes for the sake of it. I want to make really good ones. The kind that are worn hard, washed often, passed down and still have plenty of life left in them.
